Here at Pure-Tek, we pride ourselves in offering the best possible customer service and wish for all our customers to have a great experience when using any Pure-Tek product. We have a vastly experienced team based here at our Distribution Centre in Southend who can help with any product query or performance advice and are always readily available to speak to.

Please note that our Service Centre is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday although it is not open at weekends or Bank Holidays. Outside of these hours please either leave a message for us to return your call or email our customer service department.
Your new Pure-tek product has a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt safe as it will be required as proof of the date of the original purchase; Please note we reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim if proof of purchase is not presented.
Returned goods can only be accepted when repacked properly and in full together with the original container and our Returns Allowance code. All warranty claims should in the first instance be directed via the retailer from whom the original purchase was made before contacting Pure-tek Customer Service on the above contact details.
If a warranty claim is accepted, then it is at our discretion whether the product is returned or just replaced. Please note the product must have been used for the purpose it was intended for and the instructions clearly followed.
